Virginia Callahan, President and CEO

​

Virginia is a seasoned professional and has years of experience within the Federal Government

(Civilian, Defense, and Intelligence) as well as consulting management in large companies such as

Digital Equipment Corporation and Oracle Corporation. She has also served as Vice President

of Sales and Marketing at a Small Disadvantaged Minority Business, and ran her own Information T

Technology Company for seventeen years.

She has extensive experience running business units in products and services companies.

 

She has excelled in both delivery management and business development capacities. 

Her experience ranges from individual contributor to Executive Corporate Management and Technology Entrepreneur.  Her passion

is in assisting others to fulfill their life and career dreams.  After being faced with cancer and later becoming a survivor, Virginia

decided VA associates would pivot and devote their efforts to helping others become the best version of themselves.  It has

transitioned from technology-focused to people-focused and embraced building into people.  Whatever the challenge, let's do it together.

Community

VA Associates believes that we need to give back, to our community, youth, and elders.  Virginia is actively involved in her church ministry outreach efforts to the community and coaching regarding leadership, entrepreneurship, financial rightsizing, and living a productive life.

Virginia is a hands-on contributor to furthering women's causes in business and mentoring women in their personal and career development. She is an advocate for the elderly and disenfranchised.
