Virginia has over 20 years of experience within the Federal Government (Civilian, Defense and Intelligence) as well as consulting management in large companies such as Digital Equipment Corporation and Oracle Corporation. She has also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at a Small Disadvantaged Minority Business.

She has extensive experience running business units in products and services in both delivery management and business development capacities. 

Arunkumar  Iyer, Vice President of Technology and Consulting

Arunkumar has over 19 years of experience in serving clients in the Banking, Insurance, Distribution Industries and both State and Federal Government. He has worked extensively around the Oracle technology stack and has provided technology and consulting leadership at Oracle Corporation as well as for small businesses.

 He has a proven track record in bringing together managing of technology and architecture as a Technical Advisor as well as in project management.
