  • ITIL V2, V3 Foundation Certification

  • Experience with any of the following ITSM products would be helpful (BMC Remedy, CA, IBM, ServiceNow, LANDesk, FrontRange, etc)

  • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services)


  • Proven experience as a key technical instructor resource with Servicenow products

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully teach products to functional and technical students, virtually and in person

  • Proven experience in technical consulting and training roles

  • ITIL V2, V3 Foundation Certification a plus

  • Virtual Instruction


  • Up to 30% travel annually


  • Must be clearable and able to pass Federal, State, or Local background investigations, if required.

  • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card is required.
